The project consists of a 71,400 sq. ft. Senior Care Facility in Manassas, VA. The facility includes a total of 99 assisted and memory care units with 5 distinct unit types. 58 of the 99 Units are ADA Compliant rooms. The facility also includes administrative offices, two courtyards, TV Lounges, Dining Halls, common and regular kitchens, laundry room, etc. The structure will be wood framed with a truss system and gypcrete sub flooring. TA Group, Inc. has and is currently providing design management, value engineering, preconstruction and contract administration services.

 

Construction began in September 2018 and, though paused between September 2019 and April 2020 to accommodate a new buyer, is scheduled to be completed by the second quarter of 2021.
